Because Ryan Estes Photography is far more interested in quality than novelty (just because you CAN get a photo printed on your gym shorts doesn’t mean you SHOULD), our product line only expands at those times when we find something truly cool that our clients (our amazing, discerning, supercool clients who have impeccable taste!) will love. 5.10.08 - Kate & Doug

It’s not every day that I get to work in my own hometown, but for the second weekend in a row I had a wedding in Elverson, PA where I grew up… Kate and Doug were married in Kate’s own backyard, which makes for a really fun event to shoot. Another fun tidbit: although I didn’t know her at the time, Kate went to the same high school as I did, just one year behind me. I’m resisting the temptation to dig out an old yearbook photo to post here.

Kate gave Doug a necklace from Tiffany’s, which he was pretty excited about.
Amanda, another friend from high school, was in the wedding, too. She’s a faithful blog reader and was psyched that she was going to make it onto the blog! I thought this would be a good photo to post…

And toward the end of the day the sun came out and the light was amazing, so I grabbed Kate and Doug for some quick photos.

Today Kelly told me that it’s been way too long (2 weeks) since I posted a picture of Vienna. Holy mackerel, she’s right!
