In front of the camera for a change

Because I’m usually the one holding the camera, there are plenty of pictures of the other people in my family but not so many where I’m in the shot. This week that changed when my friend Joy and her boyfriend Don came over for dinner… while they were here Joy did a family portrait session for us. I lifted these right of Joy’s site… love’em!

Meeting Jimmy

Today Kelly and I took Vienna to meet our friend Jimmy… he has been keeping close tabs on Vienna’s first few weeks of life. Jimmy is as faithful a person as you could hope to find, and we were excited to introduce our daughter to him.

The Bowman Family

Happy Memorial Day! Yesterday I had the chance to get together with some of my favorite clients for some photos. Megan is pursuing photography as well, so we spent some time talking about how to make images that rock, then afterwards had a mini portrait session with her husband and their adorable girls.

It was early afternoon and the sun was high in the sky, but we did pretty well anyway! Here are some of my favorites from the afternoon.
