It’s all happening at the zoo…

I remember going to the zoo as a kid. It was…about the coolest thing you could possibly do. Today I learned that it’s pretty cool to do as an adult as well. Most of my family took the day off and headed to the Philadelphia Zoo for a day of educational fun and large carnivorous animals…
It always makes me happy to see my mom having fun around her kids.
Let’s face it. We probably wouldn’t have gone if it hadn’t been for my niece Rachel, who was uber-excited all day.
She even got to feed a bird from her hand (something that’s surprisingly fun even at my age).
Mark brought his significant other Katie along…
And I brought mine.
We were all pretty tired by the end of the day. Here we are looking at something (can’t remember what)…
But I had to get a shot of myself riding the bronze warthog!
