In general, I’m a cool-weather person. Give me north over south, mountains over beach, Iceland over the Caribbean. But there’s something about taking pictures on the beach that I just love. Earlier this summer my family was in Ocean City, NJ for a week, and while I was there I had the chance to photograph this lovely family. Despite a crazy amount of wind, we had a great time!
In case you’re wondering, “Can Ryan shoot my family on the beach?” The answer is a resounding YES! Because the Jersey shore is a bit of a hike from where I live, I generally need to add a $200 travel fee, BUT if two or more families book me for separate beach sessions on the same day, I’m able to waive that fee for everyone.
