yesterday’s mail

Here’s something I received in the mail yesterday. You may remember Jackie & James’s engagement pictures from a month or so ago.

I share this for a few reasons:

• It’s always great to get feedback like this.  It lets me know that I’m doing something right, that I made my clients happy.
• Jackie & James had never had professional portraits taken before.  Understandably, they didn’t know what to expect.  But that’s fine!  I work really hard to put my clients at ease, involve them in the process, and make things fun for everyone.  It makes all the difference in the final images!
• I have to say “thank you” to Jackie & James for mentioning the quality of the prints and albums.  I work very hard at making sure the products I deliver are of the highest quality, and it’s gratifying to hear others agree with me.

So thank you, J&J, for your note.  It made my day.
