95% of the time, I have a chance to sit down with my clients when they book me, just to get a feel for their personalities, the vibe of the wedding they’re planning, and the like. But every so often, for one reason or another, I walk into their wedding without ever having met them face to face. It was like that with Jackie & Kevin, and no amount of emailing and phone conversations could have prepared me for what a totally fun day it was going to be!
