10/10/09 was one of the most popular wedding dates of 2009… I love October weddings, because it’s not too hot, not too cold, and most years, the weather is great. This year was a bit different, but I think October 10 was one of the few weekends in October when it didn’t rain!

I spent the day with Karen & John as they tied the knot at St. Thomas of Villanova, then celebrated at the Baldwin School. It was my first experience shooting at the Baldwin School, and I really enjoyed it.

Pete Malone joined me, as he’s known to do from time to time… thanks, Pete, for all your work (including a couple of the images below) and for keeping the day fun. The flowers were courtesy of Ilonka Floral Decorator, and Janis Nowlan and her band kept the party hopping!
